Canton South HS Theatre Department presents the holiday classic “It's A Wonderful Life-A Live Radio Play (One-Act)” both at Canton South on November 6 and 7 at 7 pm and streamed online on November 14 at 7 pm. The play's staging is a throwback to the 1940s with actors in a radio studio in front of a live audience. Actors are spaced around the stage, maintaining social distance whenever possible.
The cast includes senior Bobby Freshour as George Bailey, junior Corrine Bowman as Mary Hatch Bailey, sophomore Collin Myers as Clarence the Angel, and junior Jackson Stutler as Mr. Potter. Stefanie Abbott Fatzinger directs the production.
Tickets for the live performance, limited due to capacity restrictions, are on sale for $7 at the Canton Local District office at 600 Faircrest St. SE.
